Fixing Kit for Finishing Collar
Rigid 1000mm length of pipe, effective length of 950mm.
INSTALLATION
You should not install a piece of Deko 125mm within 375mm from combustible material, e.g. wood, plaster boards, etc. When installing make sure Deko is installed the correct way up - the smaller diameter should always be pointing downward. This is because all the condensates will stay within the flue system and not pass to the outside of the Deko. Deko is a friction fit joint so dose not require sealing of the joints, For extra security if desired each joint could be coated with a jointing compound (fire cement or high temperature silicone sealant). This makes sure that no condensate can escape and spoil the appearance of the pipe. Deko has been designed to be cut, but care must be taken to cover any exposed steel with high temperature paint as this will rust over time. When installing appropriate PPE should be worn at all times.
Resistance
Because of its inner and outer vitrified material, the Deko Wood 1.2 mm range guarantees colour stability and resistance to high temperatures and condensation
Aesthetic
The quality of the finish of the Deko Wood 1.2 mm range makes it possible to maintain the aesthetics of an exposed connection and to integrate it perfectly
Cuttable
The flue can be cut, as long as the male end of the piece is always conserved. To cut use a fine grain cutting disk and then apply Dinak heat-resistant paint to the cut surface
